I try to avoid family and maternity sessions during wedding/engagement season but I couldn’t say no to a very close friend of mine that I grew up with.  Her sister, Joanne just had her second child, Ela and wanted a family session.  I photographed Joanne and Aaron’s first kid, Lidia years ago so I just had to see how much she’s grown up, which is a lot!  Time flys!  So I drove to their family home where we played in the backyard and took some photos.  It was a joy and refreshing to shoot a family session and play with Ela and Lidia and see how happy Joanne and Aaron are to be a family! 🙂
