First meeting Sara and Bill at their engagement session, it was so much fun to see how their personalities unfolded. I had the opportunity to meet their precious dog, Zoey and also discover how they met and fell in love.  And I’ve said this before but I’ll say it again because it’s too much fun to say.  Sara and Bill are both accountants and somehow fell in love amongst the crunching of numbers.  Yeah, gotta love the workplace romance that develops!  After some time, Bill took Sara on a wild hiking adventure to a waterfall near Las Vegas.  Bill proposed and of course, Sara said yes!  And the rest is history.

Sara and Bill SHINE.  And that is no understatement.  They were beaming from their engagement session to our meetings and tenfold on their wedding day.  They had me laughing so much that they even reminded myself to just enjoy life.  And I have to thank them for that because it’s something I often forget to do.  It’s a rare thing when a couple’s happiness gravitates to everyone around them.  Love truly is a powerful thing and Sara and Bill embody that.

The incredible wedding day took place at Traditions at the Links in east Syracuse, NY.  I cannot get enough of this venue from the many places to shoot around the golf course to the kindness and professionalism of the owners.  They took me on a personal golf cart tour and helped me organize photos on the property.  So awesome! The outdoor ceremony made it through what was supposed to be a full day of torrential downpours.  And I could totally be cheesy and say mother nature held out for Sara and Bill’s love because I BELIEVE so!!  Not that the rain was ever a worry for Sara and Bill in the first place.  They couldn’t care one bit because they were so excited to be married (I love that attitude my the way!).  So it was perfection for marriage and photos followed by an upbeat party to celebrate.  DJ Peter Naughton really knows how to get people hopping!  The reception was rocking and I loved watching Sara and Bill dance as husband and wife for the first time.  Congratulations to you both and I hope you’re having a blast in Hawaii!
