In the wedding industry it’s so important to find couples that you get along with.  A strong relationship builds a comfortable wedding day and better photography. I was lucky enough that Kat and Jon found me. Two people that from the very beginning were entirely down to Earth, thoughtful, and kind. From a fun engagement session adventure in Rochester to an incredible wedding in Lake George, the entire time felt like hanging out with friends and taking their photographs. That’s the best feeling in the world for a photographer. And getting to know Kat and Jon has been an honor. They’re amazing people. So I may have technically been a wedding vendor doing my job to cover a wedding but I also gained friends and I was so happy to see these two new friends declare their love to each other. Their happiness makes me happy.

Kat and Jon spent a day full of sun and warm weather at The Inn at Erlowest, a castle tucked in the Adirondacks.  The Inn is spectacular! The property is right on Lake George where Kat and Jon had their wedding ceremony with gentle water rocking in the background. And being the rambunctious wedding party they were, the reception had an explosive beginning.  The dancing, laughs, and smiles were non-stop the entire night. Overall, a perfect day.  A well deserved, incredible wedding day for Kat and Jon who put in so much effort from every detail to treating their vendors like friends. You two are amazing and cheers to a beautiful marriage. Congratulations to you both!
