In high school I was blessed to be really happy throughout the years. I had great friends and loved being involved in theater and tennis. Through those times I got to know Jessica who was always intelligent, passionate, and had a stunning singing voice. I remember being in awe of her talents on stage. And it was the most pleasant surprise to hear from her when she got engaged. 

She introduced me to Michael and it all made sense. This was certainly the man she is destined to spend her life with. They fit perfectly like puzzle pieces. Michael is sweet and caring. And because I love basketball so much, I loved the fact that he coaches. Getting to know them as a couple during their engagement session made me realize how when they’re together, nothing could bring them down. They are simply happy together and that kind of love is what makes the world go round.

Their wedding was an amazing trip. I brought my team who happens to be my close friends. So we got there a day early to scout locations and even had time to jump into the hotel pool to play good old Marco Polo, like the adults we are! Location scouting was incredible as I immediately fell in love with Chateau Briand in Long Island, New York. Talk about beautiful lighting, elegance, and great food! After Jessica and Michael got dressed they met for a romantic First Look. I loved seeing Michael’s reaction to seeing his beautiful bride for the first time! Jessica was a stunner for sure! We took photos around the venue, added their rowdy wedding party, and then met with their family in the Monet Studio Room. I can’t tell you how fun it was to see so many familiar faces and laugh about old high school stories.

Jessica and Michael are huge Game of Thrones fans. Their ceremony started off with huge smiles and laughs as the procession began to the Game of Thrones theme music. After a beautiful wedding ceremony Jessica and Michael were not messing around about having a fun reception. Dancing began from the very beginning and intensified through the night. The band came equipped with a drum set and wild saxophone player. And yes, that last photograph is Jessica and Michael taking over the drums and killing it! I am so incredibly happy for Jessica and Michael. I will never forget being a part of your first day as husband and wife.
